Shipping – digital delivery

All Faithful Design products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped, and there are no shipping costs.

Delivery
Your download link appears immediately on the order confirmation page after payment, and is also sent to the email address you used at checkout. You can download your files anywhere in the world.

Didn't receive your files?
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the order email.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
- Still nothing? Email us at hope@faithfuldesign.net with your order number and we will send your files right away.

Printing
Prints and frames are not included. See our How to Print page for easy ways to print at home or at a local or online print shop.
